Late Cancellation Terms:

We now require a 30% deposit with all treatment bookings. Our CRM system will automatically generate an email for you to complete your deposit information. This is safe and secure. Our team reserves the right to cancel a treatment if the deposit hasn't been made.

 

A text and/or email reminder will be sent to you 24hrs before your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment please contact us immediately to arrange a different time that suits, 09) 946 4314.

Less than 24 hrs notice of cancellation is 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel or  reschedule within the 24 hour period your deposit will kept as a late cancellation fee.
